Booking & Cancellation Policy

 
 

All payments are taken in full on booking.

If the Customer cancels within the first 48 hours of making the booking all sums paid by the Customer shall be refunded.

If the Customer cancels by giving less than 14 days' notice before the Start Date 50% of all sums paid by the Customer will be refunded by the Owner.

If the Customer cancels by giving less than 7 days' notice before the Start Date all sums paid by the Customer will be retained by the Owner.

If the Customer has not arrived at the Site by 10pm on the Start Date and has not been in contact with the Owner to explain the delay the Customer will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and the Owner shall be entitled to retain all sums paid by the Customer.

 
 
 

Arrival & Departure Policy

 
 

Our pitch is available from 2pm on your arrival day and must be left tidy and in the condition as you found it no later than 10.00am on your departure day.

On arrival make your way to the entrance, locate your set of keys from the keysafe and park yourself up in the designated parking area. You are welcome to check yourself in but if you would prefer someone to greet you on arrival then you can contact Ashton and he will be happy to check you in and show you around. Ashton lives five minutes from the site and will almost always be available for your arrival if needed.

On departure please lock the pitch doors, footpath gate and carpak gate after use and return your keys to the keysafe.

Please report any accidental damages to us as soon as possible before your departure. Please note a damage fee up to £100 per damaged item may be payable depending on the extent of the damages.
