Abbeyfield Glamping

Set in Mitford Valley and enveloped by the ancient Borough Woods, our 1964 Bedford TK sits in the meadow of Little Low Haugh.

Our classic TK is best described as a cottage on wheels, with handmade furnishings, hot shower, wood burning stove, gas hob, and LED lighting throughout. Stunning panoramic views of ancient woodland surround the quiet little spot it sits in.

The sleeping area above the cab features a double bed with a memory foam mattress complete with luxury feather bedding and a beautiful porthole window to gaze out of at night. There is additional sleeping space on the sofa day-bed, which can be used for one child. Another child could sleep on a pull-out mattress if needed for a family of four.

The outdoor area has a cute decking space with seating, canopy & breakfast bar to the side of wagon with stools, tables and a fire-pit for cooking or relaxing by.

The site is located just 0.9 miles from the ancient market town of Morpeth and the train station, but is far enough away to feel secluded.

With 5 acres of outdoor space to enjoy on-site there are also lovely walks around the surrounding woods and plenty of local amenities within walking distance.

An ideal stay for couples, families or even just to get away from it all on your own for some peace and quiet.

We look forward to your stay.
